The New York-New Jersey region ranked first for the nation’s worst traffic and time wasted in 2021, according to a study by CoPilot. The report's data showed New Jersey drivers wasted about 132 extra hours sitting in traffic throughout the year. That’s the equivalent of more than three weeks and adds more than 30 minutes to daily commutes.
