Queen of the Mountain

Lhakpa Sherpa is the only woman in the world to successfully summit and descend Mount Everest 10 times. She has most recently summited K2 with the help of The Secular Society. Blue Ridge PBS had the great opportunity to sit down and chat with Lhakpa about her adventures, along with joining her on a hike to Mount Rogers. Another desire of Lhakpa is to summit each state's highest peak in the US.
