Several racist incidents in Bowling Green have increased the awareness that a proactive approach through education is the best way to address these issues. In the fall of 2012, the city of Bowling Green and Bowling Green State University partnered to join the Not In Our Town initiative. Recently, a forum was held in BGSU’s Olscamp Hall to launch the Not In Our Town Project.
